Raf Nicholson (Editor)
Raf completed a PhD on the history of women’s cricket in Britain in 2015, and is the world’s leading historian of the women’s game. She is also a freelance journalist who has written on women’s cricket for The Guardian, ESPNcricinfo, All Out Cricket, Wisden and Wisden Cricket Monthly. She covered the 2018 and 2020 Women’s World Twenty20 for The Guardian. She supports Jenny Gunn and Middlesex (in that order!)
Syd Egan (Writer)
Syd has followed women’s cricket since the 1970s, when he discovered a page in The Ladybird Story of Cricket which featured female cricketers in skirts. He is a contributor to Wisden Almanack, and has also written for The Independent, Wisden Cricket Monthly and ESPNcricinfo.com. He covered the 2018 Women’s World Twenty20 for The Independent. Still a Berkshire fan at heart, he supports Southern Vipers and Southern Brave.
