Great to see Test debutants have definite effect on the game.
However, question related to those playing for England, (Test or T20s coming up on 11th July, or in A team friendly).
Who makes the decision which players are rested for the past weekends RHF matches?
Across all teams it seems rather warped?
Some played in the Test were allowed to play, some didn’t, why?
Some due to play in the A team T20 warm up were allowed to play some not.
Of those selected for the T20 squad some were allowed to play, others were not.

England management call the shots on this. Think only Lamb played in the Test and the RHF, because she hadn’t done much in the Test.
