I did have just one other thought.
If, say NSB and Eccy, decide to go ahead and play the WPL Final. Stand out of the T20s in NZ, and are replaced by say Crossy and Wongi in the T20 squad, will the ECB or Jon Lewis then not play the latter two. There is form for this as they did when Bess Heath and Dani Gibson we told they couldn’t play the WBBL final. The end result of that was that they missed the final, but got to play one T20 match (the second) against India where Bess got a duck and didn’t Keep and Dani got one over for 11 runs.
