  1. Applause for the 150! Good to address umpire issues and rise and rise of Anna Harris! I used to umpire with her Mum in age county matches, Anna followed Mums footsteps! On General umpiring, in the U19s did anyone notice the positioning of the “so called” square leg umpires? Some were almost at 45 degrees from the stumps, almost deep fine leg!!! Is this a new directive?
